WHY WOULD YOU PT?

Your Personal Training program will be designed and delivered in person on-site at MVMNT365 OR via Zoom. We’re here to coach you through learning and understanding movement, refining technique, and moving safely as we work towards your individual set of goals.     All Personal Training sessions are allocated a 45-minute time slot, to allow ample time for warming up, working out, and wiping down equipment.

A FEW FAQs

How many Personal Training sessions should I do each week? It’s an individual decision often based on your individual goals, availability, and budget. We have clients training anywhere from one session to six sessions per week, and we can program what you do ‘outside’ our sessions together as well.

How do I go about payment and do you offer discounts? We accept cash or direct bank transfer plus offer EFTPOS or direct debit facilities. On-the-spot payment can be made at reception prior to or after your session, and direct debit payments can be set up weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. A $5 discount per session is offered to class membership holders, and a 10% discount is given when a bulk purchase of 10 or more sessions is made.

What if I need to cancel or don’t show up? It happens, and it’s often for the most genuine of reasons. We ask that sessions are canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the original booking time, which allows for the likely rebooking of that time allocation. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to payment in full, which we are best to discuss in person.

Is it easy to cancel or reschedule? Yes. We use the Calendly booking system which sends us both an email notification of your booking. You can hit the calendar link to save your booking directly to your online calendar, and from the email OR calendar entry, you can hit ‘reschedule’ to select another more suitable time. Cancelling follows the same procedure by hitting the ‘cancel’ button, and we’ll both receive an email update.
